The Pet Motel Terms & Conditions
All pets receiving services at The Pet Motel are required to provide proof of Rabies; for dogs Distemper/Parvo, & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccination are also required; for cats, Feline Distemper (FVRCP) and Leukemia are also required. This includes boarding and grooming clients. You (owner) agree to provide this documentation prior to leaving your pet in our care.
We (The Pet Motel) agree to exercise due and reasonable care to keep our kennel sanitary, safe, and secure. We pledge to care for your pet as if they are our own while they are in our building.
If your pet becomes ill, and you or your emergency contact cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet or give other advisable attention, within our discretion or judgement, and such expenses shall be paid by the owner.
You represent that you are the legal owner of the above named pet(s) and you assume all risks, dangers, and responsibility for injuries to the named pet(s). Owner understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for any harm while owner's pet(s) is/are attending boarding or grooming.
